Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 48 hours of dispatch, containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
AI Health and Wellness Hub is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For EU orders under 150 EUR, import VAT may be collected at checkout through IOSS where applicable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
