Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Digital products (eBooks, plans, downloads) — due to their nature, digital products are final sale once downloaded
• Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
• Items returned without prior authorization

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at support@aihealthwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item to the return address we provide.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• We'll notify you by email within 5 business days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

EU STATUTORY RIGHTS
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
